Our Commercial team is involved in the identification and development of business opportunities and the profitable management of projects and contracts, from inception to completion.
Our Operations function is responsible for planning, organising, co-ordinating and controlling all the resources needed to produce our goods and services.
Our Group Information Systems team deals with computing including hardware, software, telecommunications and anything involved in transmitting information, plus the systems that facilitate communication.
Our HR team is responsible for all things worker related to enable the organisation to accomplish its strategic priorities. That includes the whole employee lifecycle from attracting and recruiting, onboarding and training and development to compensation and benefits.
Our Legal & Company Secretarial team is responsible for the efficient administration of our business, in particular with ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and for ensuring that decisions of the board of directors are implemented.
Our Group Purchasing team deals with the sourcing activities, negotiation and strategic selection of goods and services that are of importance to us as a business.
Our Finance function includes planning, organising, auditing, accounting for and controlling our finances including producing the financial statements.
